This place is a disgrace. Had it booked and was looking forward to my short trip. When I arrived the hotel was all locked up, nobody at reception, rang the bell but nothing. Rang the phone number displayed on the door and the one on Google, straight to voicemail. I was standing outside for a good half hour when I finally accepted that this place must be a scam. I had to book other accommodation for my trip as a result. Luckily the holiday company I booked through got me a refund but it put a huge dampener on my trip. It was my first time travelling solo mind so to have something that severe go wrong was horrible. They never reached out to me to apologise or anything.

When we entered the room it was completly damp. The walls and ceilings are covered in mold and its a health hazzard to stay in. Water doesnt run on the 3th floor. And when we checked in they didnt have room for us eventho we booked in advance. The lady at the desk was nice tho!

Well, it’s cheap, especially by london standards. If one is generous one would say it’s tired. Very. Room clean enough. Electricity a little wonky. Bedside lights and one socket didn’t work. Cable for tv power and aerial drag across room from sockets. Reminds me of Bulgaria about 1990. I arrived late, left early and good enough for one night on that basis.

We got to the front door of the hotel and we had a note to ring a mobile number. We were then given a key from a staff who came in her night gown, when she opened the door all we could smell was Weed drugs, it was so strong. Making our way to the other side of the building and the key wouldn't work. The staff had to open the door, got into the room, there were twin beds and we asked for double bed. Looked around the room - the curtains were not able to close, there were insects in the bath tub, bins not emptied, the room stunk, dust everywhere. This place needs to be shut down. We didn't stay and got out of the hotel, complained to the staff and there reply was go to who you done the booking with.

This place need shutting down its a health and hygiene risk.. bathroom was full of little insects, carpet torn n filthy, fan covered in dust, inside the kettle looked like someone had used it as a toilet, cobwebs everywhere, in one corner of the room was a nest for some creepy crawlies, wallpaper hanging off, rusty shower rail, it’s was just disgusting and I would advise anyone to stay away, my friends room had all the electric trip switched and was not secure with locks if a child had got into the cupboard could be disastrous… so not stay here sleeping on the streets be cleaner and safer
